How should I take Female Rejuvenator?
To see the best and most rapid results we suggest that you follow our 'recommended protocol’ suggestions.
If your sole concern is to reduce the effects of menopause or PMS, or to improve libido and sexual satisfaction then we would suggest taking 6 capsules per day of Female Rejuvenator.
For assistance with overall menstrual health, PMS, and sexual longevity, plus reducing risks of debilitating conditions and improving immune system resistance, we suggest combining Female Rejuvenator at 6 per day, followed by 3 per day after the first month, with Total Balance Women’s Plus at 6 per day, and Omega 3/DHAs at 2 per day. This completes a full women’s health program.
How can Female Rejuvenator improve my sex life?
Lost libido, age related energy problems and many sexual health problems or changes that occur as we age can have a huge effect on sexual performance and satisfaction. Ingredients such as Tribulus, Damania and Sarsaparilla to help increase reproductive blood flow to improve energy, and such as Chaste Tree Berry to help improve lubrication and sensitivity.

I am trying to conceive, can you tell me how Female Rejuvenator may help with my fertility?
To regulate ovulation and promote fertility the herb Vitex Agnus castus is helpful in this formula. Vitex has been shown in several clinical studies to help stimulate and stabilize the reproductive hormones involved in ovulation, cycle balance, and menstrual regularity. These studies also document a statistically-significant increase in fertility among women using vitex, with more pregnancies than in control groups using a placebo.
Tribulus terrestris is one of the most important ingredients in Female Rejuvenator. It has different effects in men and women. In a woman it will help stimulate the development and maturation of the ovarian follicle. This in turn will make a better egg and improve fertility and after ovulation, will result in a larger and more productive corpus luteum (the corpus luteum produces progesterone in the latter half of the female cycle and a progesterone deficiency is a major contributor to PMS and other menstrual disorders).
Can Female Rejuvenator be taken while pregnant or nursing?
While Female Rejuvenator is safe to take in the preconception stage, once you know you are pregnant it is best to stop taking it. We are not able to recommend any of our supplements, other than our Omega 3, to women who are pregnant or nursing. If you are in this situation and wish to take this product please consult your personal physician before use.
I am post-menopausal, can I still take Female Rejuvenator?
Female Rejuvenator is aimed at women of menstruating age to help with PMS symptoms, and also for women going through menopause. However, the ingredients may help in some postmenopausal women too, where indicated, as ingredients such as Tribulus can also promote androgen production. This prevents the development of Female Androgen Deficiency Syndrome or FADS, which occurs when the production of androgens (androstenedione and testosterone) by the ovaries and adrenal glands declines after menopause. Increasing androgen levels has been found to be beneficial in the maintenance of bone density, in the prevention of osteoporosis.
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), can Female Rejuvenator help my condition?
Hormonal imbalance (insufficient levels of progesterone in this case) may contribute to the formation of cysts on your ovaries, causing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. As Vitex Agnus Castus has been shown to support progesterone production it may be suggested as a treatment for not only menstrual cycle imbalances and luteal phase defects, but also PCOS (as normalized progesterone levels and cycle regularity may suppress the development of ovarian cysts associated with oestrogen dominance).
I am taking Estrogen and Progestin as prescribed by my GP. Is it safe to take Female Rejuvenator with this or other HRT therapies?
The aim would be to help a woman on HRT to be able to wean off her medications in order for Female Rejuvenator (and Total Balance Women’s Plus, and Omega 3/DHAs) to potentially take over as a good natural, and safe, alternative.
However, in the interim period Female Rejuvenator should be safe to take with most other pharmaceutical medications. As with all medications you should discuss taking this supplement and/or the weaning down of any current medications, with your physician and do so under his/her direction. We recommend leaving a 3–4 hour gap between taking any prescription medications and taking your supplementation.
I am taking an anti-depressant prescribed by my GP. Is it safe to take Female Rejuvenator with this?
It has been suggested that 5-HTP, which is one of the ingredients in our Female Rejuvenator formula, could interact with drugs such as Prozac, Lexapro and Zoloft, as well as other similar medications. Although we have many customers who use both our product and anti-depressant medications we cannot recommend its concurrent use. Instead you should consult your doctor to get his/her approval before adding our product to your daily regime. Please ask our Medical Consultant for more individual information if you are unsure.
I have been prescribed Bupropion hydrochloride to help with my lack of sex drive as well as my depression, can I take Female Rejuvenator too?
As suggested above, our Female Rejuvenator formula is all-natural and should be safe to take with most pharmaceutical medications, or even allow you to reduce or eliminate them. However, you should discuss taking this supplement with our Medical Consultant and your own physician.
You may find other alternatives in our range, such as our Neuro-Natural Serenity, that may help with your mood status if it is not solely related to the menopause or PMS.
