• Servings per bottle: 30 (4 tablets per day) / 60 (2 tablets per day)
• Daily Serving: Adult men or women - 4 tablets. Teenage boys or girls (between the ages of 12 and 18 years) – 1 to 2 tablets
• For optimal results split into 2 doses per day; first thing in the morning, and around mid to late afternoon.
• Because this product is enteric coated it is taken preferably on an empty stomach.
