• Servings per bottle: 30 (3 capsules per day) / 15 (6 capsules per day)
• Daily serving: Men or women – 3 to 6 capsules.
• For optimal results take 3 capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If taking 6 per day, take the second dose mid afternoon, preferably on an empty stomach.
