• Servings per bottle: 15 (6 tablets per day) / 30 (3 tablets per day)
• Daily Serving: Men or women – 3 to 6 tablets.
• For optimal results split into 2 doses per day; AM and mid to late afternoon.
• Because this product is enteric coated it is taken preferably on an empty stomach.
