Arthritis... Joint Pain, and more...
Over the last 5 years we have had countless letters from customers and subscribers alike asking if we could develop a natural arthritis/joint formula that works, AND has no negative side effects! The net result is that at about the same time that the VIOXX story broke last year the development of the new formula was going through its final development phase. Over the last few months we have been sourcing the raw ingredients and refining the production processes and now the most advanced natural arthritis/joint formula in the world is ready to be released to our customers.
Now, I know that it could be argued that this issue of Xtend-Your-Life is nothing more than an advert for our new arthritis formula which we are calling Arthrit-Eze, and I guess in a way it is. Traditional Arthritis/joint formulas...
You probably know that the traditional type of arthritis/joint formulas on the market today are usually a mixture of glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin or maybe MSM. What you possibly didn't know is that there are a number of different forms of glucosamine... For example, Glucosamine sulfate, D- Glucosamine HCL which is more than double the price of Glucosamine sulfate and Poly-N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine which is once again more than double the cost of D-Glucosamine HCL.
Each of these forms of glucosamine play a role in helping address the cause of arthritis and joint pain. They all need each other to do their job properly in order to cover the widest possible spectrum of arthritis/joint conditions. This is why sometimes glucosamine sulfate on its own does little to help. Glucosamine also needs to be combined with chondroitin...
That's the simple bit and although glucosamine sulfate with chondroitin works for some people it is not effective for many others. There are a whole host of other substances that are needed and they have to be linked together in the correct proportions and their interaction examined at molecular level. This is what our R & D people have done.
Specialized Ingredients...
We have linked Cetyl Myristoleate into Celery Extract and Phellodendron Bark Extract and so on. We have combined these and much more, with some very specialized enzymes and co-factors that are crucial in reducing pain and maximizing the efficacy of other active ingredients. In fact, we have used 33 active ingredients and co-factors in such a way that they all enhance each other.
Some of these specialized ingredients would be useless however if it were not for the enteric coated delivery system that we have employed in Arthrit-Eze. An obvious example is SAMe for which we have 150mgs per 3 tablets. Without the enteric coating on the tablet the SAMe would be instantly destroyed when it hit the stomach. The enteric coating allows the release of the active ingredients into the upper intestine which is where the active ingredients pass into the blood stream.
