Comment: From Helen. (Subject: Price Adjustments...)q1

Note from Warren: I felt that we just had to share this comment from a customer on this subject. It is indicative of dozens of emails we have had on this subject over the last week. Many thanks to all of you!

Hi Shiree...

Regarding the price increase outlined below, please pass along to the "powers that be" that I consider your product to be cheap at twice its price, much less this small increase.

Here are just a few things that "lured" me to you in the first place... and that will keep me coming back till I die, regardless of the cost:

(1) Your supplement formulations, which contain massive amounts of beneficial elements compared to other supplement products on the market.

(2) The fact that these same supplements are used by the family and staff of Xtend-Life.

(3) The enteric coating on several of your products, usually only found in prescriptions, so I know that what I swallow actually benefits my body.

(4) Prompt, friendly and efficient customer service.

Please keep up the good work ... and don't be disgruntled about your having to make a price increase.

All I have to do is think about the price of dealing with a stroke ... or heart attack ... or any of the other things that plague people around the world ... and I realize how very cheap my "Xtend-Life Insurance Policy" truly is.

Have a nice weekend!

Helen

Question: From Beth. (Subject: Diverticulosis and Cholesterol...)q2

Just read the Xtend Life Questions and was struck dumb when Loretta wrote in her question about diverticulosis for her neighbour and said that she did not get a good result from the Xtend-Life Cholesterol formula... that blew me away...

I think the Cholesterol Formula is great. Because of my taking my daily regimen of Total Balance, Omega, Cholesterol Formula, etc. my cholesterol has been under control completely and my osteoarthritis is not even a problem right now, but I will start taking the Arthritis formula if necessary, if it becomes a problem!!

I really believe in your products!!!! Just had to answer that comment...

Response: From Warren.

I really appreciate you expressing your concern about the suggestion that our cholesterol formula did not work for Loretta whereas it is working well for you. It is unfortunate that although it works really well for the majority of people it doesn't always work for everyone. (Neither do statins either!)

In such cases it is unlikely that any natural remedy may reduce the levels down to what their physician is targeting. Remember that unlike a statin drug our formula will not 'force' your cholesterol down to a lower level than what your body needs.

As I have mentioned before in various newsletters the new targeted levels of cholesterol are so low that many experts consider the new levels to be dangerous. The recommended low levels are all part of the drive to get even healthy individuals on to a statin drug. Understandable I guess, given that the Cholesterol Council who sets these limits is controlled by the pharmaceutical companies that manufacture the statins!

Question: From June. (Subject: What about oxygenated water?)q3

If you believe the advertising promised of 'oxygenated' water it would seem that I could boost my energy levels by drinking this. What is your take on this?

Answer: From Warren.

If you like the taste of it, go ahead and drink it, but don't expect it to boost your energy levels though!

The amount of extra oxygen that can be forced into a bottle is less than you would take in a single breath. When you open the bottle most of it escapes into the atmosphere anyway.

Then as you drink it, the rest of it dissipates on its way to your stomach. There is no biological way that the oxygen from this water can find its way into your blood or muscles. Save your money and stick with good ole plain pure water.

PS. If you want an energy boost you may like to try our Natural Energy formula, or Total Balance.
